That's pretty much what the neighbours said to us when we arrived! (Except the student neighbours, obviously.) Sadly for us, the landlord of the house next door only lets it to students. One day, I think he will sell or convert it to flats, as the street is steadily heading up market, but I don't think it'll be soon...
