The Curse of Necrokinesis continues

Both monkeys auditioned successfully for the Parkside Arts Event tomorrow. They're in the orchestra, the choir, rauchestra... Squirrel has a solo spot with his guitar and Necrokinesis are the headline act!

This morning, Spider set off for school, happy and healthy. At 12.30, the phone rang. He's home, burning up with fever, and so full of aches and pains he has trouble sitting up, never mind playing guitar. All we can do is hope he feels better tomorrow...

Oh, and the lead singer, M, dislocated his toe, but that won't stop him performing.

Um, seeems M's toe is broken rather than dislocated, and will stop him performing because he can't stand on it, or even sit and hold his guitar. Full band health updates tomorrow.

He's a bit better tonight, but the rest of the band is worse--see edit. He's being wonderfully stoical about the whole thing.
Musique_monkey: But surely he could sit in a chair, or something. The show must go on!
Spider: It's a Year 9 band, dad.

Meanwhile, we still need to get Squirrel out to an 8.15 orchestra rehearsal. I should probably get some sleep...

There must be some way to use this curse productively. Don't suppose they can bottle it (or if they could, I don't really suppose they should...), but perhaps they could appoint evil dictators* as honorary members, then just sit back and wait for calamity to befall 'em...?
