Spidermonkey Writes About God

Religion and writing are normally equally alien to Spidermonkey, but his class were told to do this in ten minutes at the end of a Humanities lesson.  His friend, J, did the actual writing, which is why tricky words like 'fleas' are spelled right.

What is god?
Just tell me please?
I want to know the answer
Is he a dog with fleas?
Is he a garbage man?
A police-man with a hat?
Or maybe god's a woman
What do people say to that?

Maybe gods a old wise guy
Who knows a lot of pranks
Or maybe  She's a vet
Who treats tiny ants!

Tell me god who you are
Tell me tell me please
I want to know what you are
Do you like chunky cheese?
