It snowed in central London too, and most definitely wasn't supposed to! Didn't settle, mind.

Ours didn't settle either, or only in the places that still had snow on them anyway.

It settled a bit in Hampshire but has mostly melted again.

PS we saw some amazing spider monkeys in the zoo when we were on holiday!

Spider monkeys are weird and wonderful. My boys chose their monkey names during a trip to Colchester zoo a few years back that featured many, many monkeys.

West Chesterton had a sprinkling as well. It seems to be melting today, but the pavements are still annoyingly slippy.
