Whodunnit?

Someone caught a squirrel and dismembered it, as traditional, in our bedroom. (baby bunnies on the stairs, small birds in kitchen). But who? Humbug only catches sticks and large, brightly coloured birds, and he leaves his prey outside.
Leicester has a limp and a steel plate in his pelvis, and hasn't caught so much as a baby shrew since his accident.
Once you have eliminated the impossible, the remaining cat, however improbable, is the squirrel killer.
But which is which?

My money's on Leicester, getting back into form!

Or perhaps a squirrel dropped dead in front of somebody, who decided to have fun with the corpse.

Perhaps Humbug brought it in and Leicester finished it off.

Am glad my fluff balls haven't caught anything for a while.

I vote for the Humbug with his fluff power!

They're teaming up. We're all doomed, but some of us are doomeder than others: you fortunate monkeys will be eaten first.
