remembering Zil

musique_monkey , spidermonkey and squirrelmonkey to love cats (and not to pull their fur). She was very good with small monkeys and insisted on attending all their birthday parties, no matter how raucous.
She definitely saw herself as part of the family. While she was aware of the multiple inadequacies of apes, she was very patient with us. Possibly because she suspected she might be an ape herself. She liked to sit where we sat, eat what we ate, and used her paws like hands. If there's reincarnation, I reckon she'll be human next time round. I seem to be heading the other way so perhaps we'll meet with roles reversed. I hope she lets me have a livejournal.

I thought I could stop her stealing my bedside water if I used a narrow glass...
...but I was wrong
This was Zil a few weeks before she died. I only took it because I'd just fitted my old sim intotamaranth 's old phone (kindly offered after I washed my one) and I needed a pic for wallpaper. Zil was on my lap--of course--so I took one of her.
Zil's lj iszil_n_fruitcake , which Fruitcake is doing her best to keep going, but the spelling just isn't what it was when Zil was in charge...
