How to train monkeys

Humbug already meeps for:
  • pick me up
  • put me down
  • feed me
  • carry me up the stairs
  • let me out
  • let me in
  • feed me something nicer...

Today he added a new one:
  • comb me.

They've been exploring the harder-to-get-to next door for the first time today. There is grass with seeds. And [livejournal.com profile] musique_monkey strimmed our nanolawn. There are clippings. It's a lot to expect a kitten to deal with on his own, especially one with places to be and Leicesters to keep up with.

Comb me is a very important command. Reinforce if with biting if your humans are dilatory in their obedience.
Mooncat.

You are wise, oh Mooncat!

It's more fun if you add a random meep from time to time and keep the apes guessing.

That's what I do!
I meep for:
Feed me!
Where have you hidden my Humbug?
Why have you shut me in this kitchen cupboard/bathroom/drawer/etc?

And then I just meep. Because I am teh Leicester!
