I'll say this for England fans, they don't let a little disappointing play dampen their party spirit.

Being a monkey who likes to sleep several hours per night and lives surrounded by guitarists of varying abilities and amplification, not to mention the bloody drum kits, I already own several sets of ear plugs. The trouble is, they hurt my ears! I think it's because they're always too big.

Have just discovered and sent off for a sample pack of small ear plugs that claim to be more suitable for monkeys women and our dainty delicate lug holes. Will let you know how I get on.

Job du jour: patch up peeling paint in shower room. Or at least, go purchase Zinsser primer to make the job doable.
