I feel better. All monkeys now appear healthy, though we're touching wood like mad. Not sure what that was all about, but very glad it appears to have passed so quickly.

I pretty much missed the whole of yesterday so it's odd to find everything covered in snow and no-one else is surprised.

Thank you. My plans are very flexible at the moment. I just wish it was me doing the flexing. But I'm sure we can arrange a handover :)

Just caught up with your woes and it sounds pretty grim. Hope it was just a short thing and you're now shot of it.

It was ok in the end, though I could have done without water coming through the kitchen ceiling yesterday evening and today. Now sorted thanks to Best Plumber Ever.

Very glad to hear you're feeling better. It's entirely possible that Spider was suffering from a form of heatstroke, and you from stress (I find that stress sometimes leaves me with strong flu/cold symptoms for a day or two when it relaxes).

Heatstroke in the cold snap. That sounds like Spider. Both your diagnoses sound pretty plausible.

Very glad to hear you're feeling better. I know you can't really take it easy this week, but do grab any downtime / offers of help / calming activity that you can.

Drop me an email re tomorrow?

Hydrotherapy perhaps? (See kitchen ceiling.

I don't really care what else goes wrong as long as all monkeys stay healthy.
