photobucket question

Does anyone upload videos to Photobucket?  What format do you use, and does it cause trouble?

Mine are mp4s, which it says it supports, but the upload always fails.  I could try converting them to a different format, but I'm not sure which one would be more likely to work or whether it's just me doing something wrong.

Any thoughts?  Help!

I'm afraid I gave up on photobucket because I found it slow and painful to use when compared to flickr... which now accepts all sorts of video formats.

I didn't like flickr because it wouldn't let me have lots of folders/albums/whatever it calls them on a free account.

Also, you have to have a yahoo account. It's bad enough that I can never remember mine, but I'm doing this mostly to provide grandparents with pics of the kids. Experience with LJ suggests they won't sign up, not even for free accounts, so flickr is out. (And Photobucket makes it nice and easy to send them clicky linky emails when I put new stuff up.)
