Cambridge Youth Opera presents The Magic Flute | Cambridge Junction

If this is half as good as last year's Dido it will be very good.  Monkey boys are in the chorus - and in the dragon.

We have tickets for Thursday with the grandmonkeys.  I wouldn't mind seeing it on two nights to keep someone company.

Oooh! How splendid! I wish I was still in Cambridge (or had time at present to pop across) because that's one of my favourite works!

Cool!
Look out for monkey boys in the two extremities of the dragon and as Goth priests.

We saw them. The whole production was very good - lots of excellent and very clear singing, and good acting as well. I think it was a good venue for the production too.

Anne said "The plot doesn't make any sense."
I said "You haven't played enough Dungeons and Dragons." After following the plot "twists" in the second half, I think I have to add "...with a GM who is making it up as they go along,"

Monkey boys agree completely. Squirrel wants to point out that he'd be ashamed to run a campaign with such poor preparation.

Glad you enjoyed.
