Managed a semi-successful (i.e. not completely disastrous) tutorial last night using the OU's new online conferencing software. OK, so one student was distorted, I lost the use of my mic for 15 minutes (out of 60), conversation was laboured at best, only 4 attended (out of 14), and they had great difficulty understanding instructions in French with no visual clues. But I used the whiteboard! For proper text! And annotated it!

Then I went to bed and dreamed I had to pilot a light aircraft all alone but I'd never been show how to operate the controls. Somebody got me launched, so that part was OK, and someone else was going to talk me through landing over the radio when I got to the landing strip. But once I was up in the air, I realised that I had no idea which direction to fly in to find the landing strip, or how to recognise it from the air. So the only control I understood was the steering wheel (yes, I know, probably not standard equipment in light aircraft), and I didn't know which way to turn it!

Do you think my subconscious is trying to tell me something?

In the dream? Wouldn't have known where to start looking for it.
In reality? Let's just say my CV was recently updated.
