Now this is my kind of dodgy expense claim. Neither too greedy (which makes me angry at the MP) nor too hyped (which makes me angry at the press), but Just Right:
George Osborne, the shadow chancellor, claimed £47 [of taxpayers' money] for two copies of a DVD of his own speech on 'Value for Taxpayers' Money'.

Mine was delivered just after I posted that, and it's really cheering me up because I can now flomp in bed with tea and laptop without doing in my neck. (It's chocolate brown, which is quite nice--the choice these days seems to be between that and grey.)
